Ms. Kia: Washington, D.C., United States; I provide coaching and strategic/project management services with a business & leadership perspective to individuals and/or groups in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. I have 15+ years of project management experience (PMP cert), MBA, Acquisition & Contract Management cert, and Senior Executive Leadership (SEL) Certification from Georgetown University. Currently, I am working on my PhD in Business specializing in Criminal Justice at NCU. Overall, I enjoy helping people with examining and analyzing their roles/goals and developing short/long term objectives with an implementation plan. I am a distinguished project manager with outstanding strategic planning and training experience. Also, an expert in developing cross-functional teams and multi-cultural communications with strong organizational and execution skills. Last, I am a wife and mother of twins.
